WAGE Foundation and Mercylin Arts and Beads Successfully Train 50 JHS Graduates in Beads and Craft Making

We are delighted to share the success of our recent training program conducted in collaboration with Mercylin Arts and Beads, where 50 Junior High School (JHS) graduates were trained in various crafts over an enriching two-day workshop.

About the Training

The workshop focused on imparting practical skills in bead making, fascinators, bridal fans, and bouquets. Under the expert guidance of trainers from Mercylin Arts and Beads, the students learned the intricacies of each craft, transforming raw materials into beautiful, marketable products.

Empowering Future Leaders

This initiative goes beyond skill acquisition. For these young graduates, the training represents a unique opportunity to develop entrepreneurial abilities and financial independence. As they await their transition to the next level of their education, the skills gained from this program equip them with a means to support themselves and their families.
