The Wage Foundation, in partnership with Associazione Zenzero and supported by the Ghana Health Service, is proud to announce the second edition of its Cervical Cancer Awareness and Screening campaign, scheduled for May 31, 2025, at Akotoshie No. 2 in the Ga West Municipality
This life-saving initiative is part of a broader commitment by the Wage Foundation to protect and promote women’s health, especially in underserved communities. The event will feature free cervical cancer screenings and educational sessions designed to raise awareness about the importance of early detection and prevention.
Following the resounding success of the first edition held on January 25, 2025, at the Kpobiman community, which saw hundreds of women screened, the team is expanding its outreach to ensure even more women have access to this vital health service.
